ISDS Graduate and Undergraduate Programs

I had a novel idea in mind amidst the plethora of halls of fame dedicated to sports and other achievements – the establishment of an academic hall of fame. The primary purpose of this prestigious honor would be to pay tribute to my former students who not only made my teaching experience immensely enjoyable, but also displayed exceptional brilliance in their academic pursuits.

This esteemed Hall of Fame is exclusively designed to recognize the "best and brightest" individuals who were part of my graduate and undergraduate courses at LSU. These exceptional students excelled in various subjects, including operations research, business forecasting, data mining, and advanced statistics. Their selection was based on their unwavering commitment to academic excellence, their evident leadership qualities, and the promise they hold for a remarkable future. I cannot help but feel an overwhelming sense of pride in all the inductees who have rightfully earned their place in this distinguished Hall of Fame.
