My passion for photography began in high school, not necessarily for its technical or artistic aspects, but because it holds a special place in my heart and has become an integral part of my life and my family's. With a camera in hand, I can document my experiences and capture beautiful moments wherever I go. These photographs serve as lasting reminders of the small details, long after my memory has faded.
I am an avid traveler, constantly seeking new adventures and experiences. I love visiting friends and family, exploring historical landmarks, immersing myself in the beauty of nature, and embracing diverse cultures around the world. As the saying goes, "the world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page." For me, travel is an incredible opportunity to delve into the pages of this vast book. With each new destination, I discover unique tastes, flavors, scents, sights, and sounds that enrich my world. While some may consider traveling a hobby, for me, it is a way of life.
Driven by my fascination with art, history, and diverse cultures, I have had the privilege of exploring numerous off-the-beaten-path destinations worldwide. With over 60 countries and 170 cities under my belt, I have honed the skill of traveling light, relying on only a backpack and a point-and-shoot camera.
One of my most memorable travel experiences occurred on June 28, 2016, at Atatürk Airport in Istanbul, Turkey. Just three hours before the tragic shootings and suicide bombings that claimed the lives of 45 people and injured over 230 others, I had departed from the very same airport. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the unpredictability of life and the importance of cherishing every moment.
Life is short, so let's embrace the joy of traveling and exploring the wonders our world has to offer!
