After two long years of enduring Covid-19 travel restrictions, there was a glimmer of hope as some European countries began opening their doors to fully vaccinated travelers. With cautious optimism, we decided to take the plunge and booked our flights to northern Europe in April 2022, with our first destination being the captivating city of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Amsterdam, the capital of Holland, is celebrated for its rich artistic heritage, its intricate canal system, and the iconic narrow houses adorned with gabled facades. The city's Museum District is home to renowned institutions such as the Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum, and the Stedelijk Museum. Cycling is at the heart of Amsterdam's identity, and its network of bike paths is extensive, making it the perfect way to explore this enchanting city.
