Departing from Munich, we embarked on a memorable day trip to Füssen, often hailed as the romantic heart of Bavaria. While the medieval city itself is a captivating tourist destination, Füssen's crowning jewel is undeniably King Ludwig's dream castle. The eclectic Neuschwanstein Castle, also known as the New Swan Stone Castle, is a sight to behold and held the distinction of being the most stunning castle I've ever had the privilege of seeing.
