Our accommodation was conveniently located inside the Munich train station, offering us easy access to the heart of the city. Munich, with its charming small-town ambiance, beckoned with a host of world-class attractions, particularly its impressive art galleries and an array of museums. The city's reputation for the annual Oktoberfest celebration and its historic beer halls, such as the renowned Hofbräuhaus founded in 1589, only added to the allure. Amidst our explorations, we savored not only a variety of German beers but also relished the classic Schweinshaxe, or German pork knuckle, a culinary delight that further enriched our experience in Munich.
