Continuing our exploration from Madrid, we embarked on another memorable day trip, this time to Toledo, accessible by train. Toledo, often referred to as the heart and soul of Spain, is renowned for its historical significance, with its walled old city showcasing a fascinating blend of medieval Arab, Jewish, and Christian architecture and monuments. Though the weather didn't quite cooperate, with cloudy skies and rain throughout the day, it did little to dampen our enthusiasm. With our Iberian adventure drawing to a close, we returned home safe and sound, enriched by the incredible experiences and enduring memories we had gathered along the way.
