☆ Podgorica, Montenegro ☆

May 2018

Podgorica, the capital and largest city of Montenegro, has an interesting history. It was previously known as Titograd in honor of Josip Broz Tito. The city serves as a harmonious home to three major religious groups: Orthodox Christians, Sunni Muslims, and Catholic Christians, reflecting the diverse cultural fabric of the region. One of the great advantages of Podgorica is that most of its tourist attractions are conveniently located within walking distance from the bus terminal, making it a practical and accessible destination for visitors.
