No visit to Washington, DC would be considered complete without exploring the National Mall, a renowned site housing world-famous monuments, memorials, and museums. During this trip, I also made a point to visit Arlington National Cemetery, situated across the Potomac River from the Mall. Walking through the hallowed grounds of the national cemetery was an experience that left an indelible impact like no other. Washington, D.C.'s unique combination of history, politics, and culture makes it an appealing destination for travelers seeking a glimpse into the heart of the United States.
