With the Covid pandemic nearing its end, our family eagerly planned a vacation to explore the vibrant cities of London and Paris. London, the illustrious capital of England and the United Kingdom, boasts a rich history that traces back to Roman times. Dominating its core are the grand Houses of Parliament, the iconic ‘Big Ben’ clock tower, and the historic Westminster Abbey, where British monarchs have been crowned for generations. Spanning the Thames River, the London Eye observation wheel treats us to sweeping panoramic vistas of the South Bank cultural complex and the entire cityscape. We also relished our time at the Victoria and Albert Museum, the National Gallery, and the Tate Modern Museum. Each of these institutions offered us unique and enriching experiences during our visit.
