My wife and I embarked on a summer vacation in northern Europe this year, with Helsinki as our chosen destination. Helsinki, the capital and largest city of Finland, welcomed us with its unique charm. We indulged in a delightful 15-minute ferry ride to the beautiful island of Suomenlinna from Helsinki Market Square. As a pleasant side trip, we also hopped on a ferry to visit Stockholm, Sweden, making the most of our time in the region.
