Malta, situated in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast, is an archipelago renowned for its historic sites, reflecting the influence of various rulers throughout its history, including the Romans, Moors, Knights of Saint John, French, and British. Despite its small size, Malta is among the top ten most densely populated countries globally. The capital city is Valletta, located on the island of Malta, where I spent two days.
