This year, our destination is the captivating Iberian Peninsula! My wife and I embarked on a brief stopover in Porto and Lisbon, Portugal, as we made our way to explore various cities in Spain. Porto, a picturesque coastal city in northwest Portugal, is celebrated for its elegant bridges and the production of exquisite port wine. It was a delightful introduction to our Iberian adventure. Our return to Lisbon held a special treat, as it had been five years since our last visit. Here, we savored Portuguese custard tarts once more, reminiscing about the first time we had the pleasure of tasting these delectable treats.
